At Scenic Shores Living, we aim to provide a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Our mission is to create a full time community where residents can enjoy nature while having access to modern amenities.
The Area
Wofford Heights is located in the southern part of Sierra Nevada Mountains, in Kern County, California, within the boundaries of the Sequoia National Forest, at an elevation of 2,684 feet.
This 2.82 acre property is located on Lake Isabella,
3.5 miles south of the town of Kernville.
Residents benefit not only from the natural beauty of the mountains and peace of small town living but have convenient access to local attractions including the lake and the mighty Kern River for fishing, river rafting, boating, kayaking and hiking trails.
